TEAM UP WITH US! The Technical Solutions Manager will responsible for leading the marketing effort to improve the company's position in key technology products that will enhance overall market share. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and demonstrate strong communication skills with end user customers, internal sales resources, external sales resources, and internal product support resources.
- Develop Technical Solutions Strategy and maintain KPI's.
- Work with Partners Trimble, Propeller, Wingtra, and CAT.
- Develop and Maintain budget for department.
- Lead, mentor and coach.
- Develop and demonstrate complete understanding of the assigned technologies and the applications in which they will be used by our end user customers.
- Develop and demonstrate the skills necessary to support the assigned technologies. These skills will include, but are not limited to, system calibration, system troubleshooting, and application troubleshooting.
- Develop and demonstrate the skills necessary to train internal personnel on the assigned technologies. These skills will include, but are not limited to, system features and benefits, target customer applications, general system knowledge, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Develop and demonstrate the skills necessary to train end user customers on the assigned technologies. These skills will include, but are not limited to, system start-up procedures, system use, system shut-down procedures, general troubleshooting steps, and knowledge of regional contact information for dealer support.
- Monitor monthly performance of all sales territories communicating market opportunities and potential areas of concern.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must exhibit a broad understanding of policies, procedures, systems and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively with a group of customers or employees.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
