Join our dynamic Thrive Belonging Team as an HR Program Manager, Belonging, and play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience at NetApp. Based in the vibrant Raleigh/Durham area, you will partner with leadership to execute our Employee Experience and Belonging priorities. Key Responsibilities
  • Global EBRG Support: Be the driving force behind our Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs), fostering engagement and interaction to support employee growth and experience. Collaborate with local leadership to ensure EBRGs are well-supported and thriving.
  • Employee and Event Experience: Partner with our Communications Team to celebrate our employees and culture. Manage and execute an annualized calendar of events, training, and engagement mechanisms that promote belonging and inclusivity across NetApp.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Work with our data analytics team to build impactful dashboards and reports. Support government compliance reporting, including EEO-1, to drive change and impact in the belonging space.
  • Talent Support: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to create diverse talent pools and advocate for inclusive hiring practices. Partner with our Early in Career and Professional recruitment teams to establish and manage external Employee Experience partnerships.
  • Accessibility and Inclusive Design: Champion NetApp's journey towards an accessible employee experience and product design.
  • Education and Learning: Work with our Learning and Development team to create focused content and engagement initiatives that support our belonging goals.
Experience
  • 5+ relevant experience in EBRG and/or community involvement in employee experience and belonging activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
  • Strong program management skills and a demonstrated track record of engagement and leadership in the Employee Experience space.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage matrixed relationships confidently.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 102,850 - 152,900 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
