At LeadsOnline, we help law enforcement agencies turn data into powerful leads that solve real-world crimes. As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you won't just market a product - you'll drive strategy for a platform that protects communities and supports justice.

Reporting directly to our Global VP of Marketing, you'll take full ownership of the go-to-market strategy for our Intel portfolio. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role focused on defining market opportunities, developing compelling positioning, and delivering marketing that drives measurable growth and adoption - in Dallas and nationwide.

What You'll Do



  • Lead the charge: Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and ongoing growth campaigns.
  • Craft compelling stories: Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that speaks directly to law enforcement professionals and public sector buyers.
  • Drive performance: Build and optimize marketing programs across the entire product lifecycle to accelerate adoption and engagement.
  • Create impact-ready content: Develop sales and marketing materials that move the needle - think landing pages, campaign copy, blog posts, case studies, advertising copy, and more.
  • Champion cross-functional execution: Align product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent messaging.
  • Know the market cold: Collaborate with Brand Strategy and Customer insights team to conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and buyer behavior studies to refine strategies.
  • Measure what matters: Define KPIs, analyze performance data, and iterate for continuous improvement.
  • Understand the mission: Develop insight into the law enforcement landscape, including buyer personas, pain points, and procurement processes.



What You Bring



  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of successful product launches and growth.


  • Proven success leading go-to-market efforts from ideation to execution.
  • Strong background in positioning, messaging, and content development.
  • Experience with digital and performance marketing channels - SEO, SEM, ABM, email, and social media.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and marketing tools.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience building Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with law enforcement, public safety, or the public sector is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
