How you will make history here...

  • Dream big and use your exceptional strategic mindset to chart the next chapter for the portfolio, which includes Chunky, Homestyle, Slow Kettle and Micro Bowls.

  • Define and develop the brand positioning and consumer proposition on iconic brands.

  • Develop annual and strategic brands, and partner with communications and innovations teams to bring to life the best additions in our lineup.

  • Navigate between the day-to-day business deliverables and setting the long-term course for growth and success.

  • Unlock future growth spaces and addressable markets for the brands and categories.

What you will do...

  • Deliver breakthrough, award winning marketing campaigns that get noticed, drive engagement and consumer love for our brands.

  • Lead and execute annual operating plan, three-year strategic roadmap to deliver profitable topline growth and dollar share.

  • Build brand portfolio strategy, driving the growth for both the brands and the categories we operate within.

  • Lead and develop a team of 4-6 people with both career development and coaching to help manage the overall priorities of the portfolio.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Brand Management

  • Experience with large brands in CPG (Consumer-Packaged Goods) industry

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA Strongly Preferred

  • Food and Beverage brand experience

  • Experience developing and leading large campaigns/marketing plans

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$167,700-$241,000

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
