Manager, Supply Planning

Job Summary

The Supply Planning Manager makes sure that the near term (3mo) service needs are met and helps develop action plans to mitigate any impact. Helps project service and shipment expectations for the short term, and highlights any action needed to mitigate any impact.

Responsibilities

• Owns Service (Fill Rate) Reporting and Forecasting.
• Works with the DCs, and Logistics departments to prioritize supply, and identify outages
• Owns Air Freight prioritization
• Owns the Shipping Forecast for North America (NAM)
• Provides input to the inventory process

Leadership

• Will manage a small team of analysts. Evaluates performance, influences, and drives execution.

Requirements

• Education: While a high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is helpful.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for leading teams and managing relationships.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: A strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
• Experience: Experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or related areas is beneficial.
• Data Systems: In depth experience MS Office 365, ERP Systems, Data workflow analysis software is desired.
