The candidate should also have research experience in fields related to Molecular and Cellular Biology and/or Neuroscience.

Enthusiasm for training new users of the facility and maintaining equipment in working order is essential. In addition, the Specialist must demonstrate a great ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a diverse population of users, including faculty, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and to a lesser extent outside researchers.
