Project Controller (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Job Title: Project Controller (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Job Duties: Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of the budget and forecast for the project in accordance with the agreed cost codes structures and with the support of the other departments in the project. Provide monthly cost reporting for the project. Support the project manager in decision-making by providing analyses on the performance trends. Gather daily production data from the job site. Prepare recurrent forecasts by revising the analyses of all project activities, considering both the achieved performance and the new economic targets, in accordance with the updated work schedule. Submit and coordinate special reports requested by management. Perform other control duties as assigned.

Job Site: Charlotte, NC.

Travel: Position is for roving employee who will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. according to business need. Less than 10 percent of time spent travelling to project sites and company offices throughout US.
