Project Control Manager (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Job Duties: Manage prime contracts and subcontractor change orders. Revise the analyses of project activities, factoring achieved performance in relation to new economic targets to anticipate recurrent forecasts. Provide monthly reporting to project managers and construction manager. Assist project managers and AFC managers with financial decision making by providing analyses on the project performance trends. Monitor projects during execution by analyzing the achieved results and comparing them with budget to identify potential, major variances. Collaborate with cost controllers preparing the bid reorganization, the budget and the forecast for the project in accordance with the agreed WBS/WBE. Supervise cost analysis simulation backed by empirical data that aims at improving production and reducing risk contributing to the overall project success. Perform other cost control duties as assigned.

Job Site: Charlotte, NC.

Travel: Position is for roving employee who will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. according to business need. Less than 10 percent of time spent travelling to project sites and company offices throughout the US.
