We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Director to serve as a strategic team member collaborating closely with executive leadership to translate business objectives into impactful talent strategies and investments. This role is pivotal in shaping our organizational capabilities and fostering a culture of high performance. The Human Resources Business Partner Director will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance people programs across the employee lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, career progression frameworks, robust performance management systems, effective coaching methodologies, innovative employee relations strategies, impactful engagement and recognition initiatives, and comprehensive managerial effectiveness programs. This role will leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of all talent initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and lead HR programs and projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching mission, vision, and strategic goals
- Provide executive-level insight, guidance, and consultation on critical talent strategies, including retention, total rewards and recognition, organizational design, and workforce planning to optimize business outcomes
- Partner with senior leadership to identify, develop, and retain top talent, establishing robust succession plans and accelerating leadership capabilities
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and develop cutting-edge engagement frameworks and action plans that drive a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain a deep understanding of organizational health and culture, proactively identifying and escalating risks, challenges, and emerging trends to executive leadership, providing actionable recommendations
- Expertly guide employees and leaders through complex employee relations scenarios, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and fostering a positive work environment
- Design and implement transparent, equitable career frameworks and progression paths that empower employees and foster internal mobility
- Utilize sophisticated people analytics and trends to inform and execute comprehensive strategies for talent acquisition, onboarding, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition organization to attract and secure top-tier talent, and to facilitate seamless internal movement within the organization
- Champion and integrate inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility principles into all HR programs, processes, and cultural initiatives
- Drive the evolution of best practices within the HRBP function, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence across the global organization
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with 7+ years in a senior Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent leadership role, demonstrating a proven track record of driving significant transformational improvements in complex, global, and rapidly evolving organizations
- A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree highly preferred
- Extensive experience in designing, launching, and managing complex talent programs from conception to successful enterprise-wide deployment, specifically in areas such as organizational design, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, succession planning, and talent development
- Deep expertise in people analytics, compensation, total rewards, and strategic budgeting with a proven ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic business environment, with prior experience in the tech industry highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to use data-driven insights to develop and implement effective solutions
- Superior ability to build and foster highly effective and trusting relationships with employees and executive leaders, coupled with an expert ability to influence, empower, and coach
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to diverse audiences
- A highly strategic thinker with the capacity to seamlessly navigate between strategic vision, tactical execution, and operational challenges in a fluid environment.
- High comfort level with ambiguity and a proven ability to exercise sound judgment to drive complex issues to successful resolution
- A strong service orientation, high level of enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to facilitate the success and growth of others
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Unwavering attention to detail to ensure the integrity of data and the highest quality of work product
- Ability to work onsite at least 3 days a week
