Job Tittle: Project Manager (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for and handle sophisticated projects within the organization ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. They will apply their expertise in Portfolio & Project Management to drive project success while demonstrating confirmed experience in Sales & Marketing to enhance project outcomes. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to leading day-to-day operations and ensuring project results are met efficiently.

• Own the planning and execution of projects ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide mentorship and support to project teams fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Create and maintain project documentation including reports and presentations.
• Apply Portfolio & Project Management skills to optimize project workflows and processes.
• Implement standard processes in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to integrate domain expertise into project strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution ensuring minimal impact on outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve project management capabilities.

• Possess strong expertise in Portfolio & Project Management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Have experience in Sales & Marketing domain contributing to project strategies and outcomes.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
• Show proficiency in project management tools and software to streamline processes.
• Display adaptability and flexibility in managing hybrid work model and day shift operations.

The annual salary for this position is between $73,350 to $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
