The AI Manager will oversee a team responsible for supporting AI and GenAI solutions. This role involves managing solutions using predictive models, advanced data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and generative AI techniques and technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. They will work closely with business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and provide insights based on data-driven analyses.

The Enterprise Data & Analytics Manager implements policies and selects methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for employees who help in planning, designing, developing and performing assessments on data and structures to ensure integrity, completeness, quality, and appropriateness of formats, records and structures. They develop, modify, and execute company policies and procedures to test outputs as established by product management, client specifications, and governance rules. The incumbent drives the strategy and success of large projects for a team who configures, operates and develops manual and/or automated methods, processes and procedures to test output or input based on data compliance, quality and use requirements as established by product management, client specifications, and governance programs.

Leadership & Supervision



  • Tactical decision-maker, Handles unforeseen issues.
  • Manages activities of two or more disciplines or a department. Oversees experienced level professionals and/or may be responsible for subordinate managers.
  • Frequently advises team(s) on moderately complex matters.
  • Responsible for supporting the talent strategy through hiring, onboarding, learning & development, performance, succession planning, engagement, recognition, and inclusion, diversity, and equity practices.
  • Responsible for fostering a work environment that encourages employees to act with integrity and respect.
  • Responsible for setting employee objectives and expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing meaningful feedback, and mentorship.
  • Responsible for supporting employee career development.
  • Erroneous decisions will result in critical delay(s) in schedules and/or unit operations and may jeopardize overall business activities.


Knowledge & Application



  • Establishes operational objectives, policies, procedures and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates.
  • Develops, modifies and executes company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
  • Accountable for department budget which may be broad and have far reaching impact on the business segment.
  • Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires conceptual thinking and an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Problems are not clearly defined and lack strategic direction.
  • Implements policies and selects methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Drives the strategy and success of larger projects which contribute to multiple areas of the organization.


Collaboration & Interaction



  • Interacts regularly with lower and/or senior management on matters concerning several functional areas, department, and/or customers.
  • Applies knowledge to convince other stakeholders on desired departmental outcomes.


This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H-1B visa.

This position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.

Education



  • Required

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in data analytics, data science, statistics or the information technology (IT) field. In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics or IT.



Skills & Experience



  • Required

    • 7 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or IT
    • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
