Training and Development Specialist - Sustainment Planner

Onsite in Hohenfels, Germany

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• The contractor shall provide sustainment analysis, develop sustainment plans, and facilitation plan implementation for JMRC exercises.
• The contractor is responsible for gathering the data and information necessary to analyze exercise sustainment requirements of U.S. and MN military units participating in a JMRC supported training event.
• From that analysis, the contractor develops a sustainment concept and plan.
• The contractor coordinates within JMRC OPS GRP staff sections and other supporting agencies as well as with participating units for each exercise.
• The contractor then facilitates implementation of the sustainment plan and adapts as necessary to accommodate changing sustainment needs.
• This work involves all classes of supply, particularly classes I (rations), III (fuel) and V (ammunition), as well as field services and transportation required by all U.S., NATO and partner forces participating in each exercise.
• The contractor routinely works with higher level military commands and staffs throughout this process.

Experience:

• Experience in providing sustainment analysis, develop sustainment plans, and facilitation plan implementation for JMRC exercises
• Experience in gathering data and information necessary to analyze exercise sustainment requirements of U.S. and MN military units participating in a JMRC supported training event.
• Experience in classes of supply, particularly classes I (rations), III (fuel) and V (ammunition), as well as field services and transportation required by all U.S., NATO and partner forces participating in each exercise.

Degree(s)/Years of Experience: (2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).

Certification(s): None

Clearance:

• Requires a U.S. Secret clearance with potential to obtain a TS/SCI clearance if and as required
