Where you'll be:

This position will be based in Springfield, TN.

About the role:

As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead an assigned production area within our manufacturing operations, driving process improvements, team development, and operational stability. This role is key to ensuring our production goals around Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery are met-while engaging and growing your team members.

You will support and implement core manufacturing principles like line balancing, root cause analysis, and the Electrolux Management System, all while building a high-performing, empowered team culture.

What you'll do

• Owns and develops JDS and Skills matrix and creates a positive work environment, fostering open communication and dialogue.

• Ensures effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures and accurate and timely timecard inputs.

• Supports the Electrolux Management System and implements continuous improvement processes and cost savings.

• Supports autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.

• Support Autonomous Maintenance and other Lean Manufacturing tools.

• Contribute to environmental sustainability and workplace excellence efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience supervising in a manufacturing setting, with a strong grasp of process improvement tools and project leadership.

• Proven track record in team development, coaching, and engagement.

• Ability to read technical drawings and produce written documentation and reports.

• Familiarity with ERP, Time & Attendance, and OEE systems; Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Experience in root cause analysis and exposure to Material Flow, Welding, Enamel, or Robotics is a plus.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
