The Opportunity
The HR Operations Analyst is an integral member of the Americas HR Team that is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, compliance and talent acquisition. Collaborating with the global HR team, the HR Operations Analyst will share best practices and contribute to fostering a positive employee experience while continuously improving processes. Additionally, this role may serve as the primary HR contact for the hourly workforce, focusing on succession planning, recruitment, and other workforce management activities. The HR Operations Analyst will also provide support to the Canada office and actively participate in global onboarding processes, extending involvement beyond local operations.

- HR Support
- Administer key HR documentation, including onboarding materials, leave management paperwork, and employee change forms.
- Address employee questions and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of support and service.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and employee recognition programs, fostering a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; regularly review policies and practices to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
- Talent Acquisition for hourly workforce: Engage with candidates, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support the engagement team, designing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- HR Data & Analytics
- Maintain accurate employee data across various systems while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
- Prepare monthly standard and ad-hoc reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for HR and other internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and automation.
- Develop and sustain an HR Scorecard to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Payroll & Benefits
- Process accurate and timely payroll.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefit providers.
- Administer leave programs (e.g., FMLA, STD), partnering with employees and managers to guide them through the process.
- Global Collaboration
- Support the Canada office with HR-related activities and compliance.
- Actively participate in global HR programs, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives and best practices beyond local operations.
The talent we want to inspire has...
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant HR experience.
- At least two years of payroll processing experience.
- Basic working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Proven experience supporting key HR administrative procedures and processes.

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
