The Global Investment team within CGM is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Investment, with data analytics and media campaign planning background. This person will contribute to the team's success in delivering media investment excellence through shared understanding of demand generation tactics; evaluating media performance leveraging diagnostic KPIs and offline signals; and elevating insights, optimizations, and reporting with the immediate and to the leadership teams. ResponsibilitiesMonitor and gather media performance of key campaigns including Game Pass, Xbox, and Xbox Game Studios titles using Sprinklr, PowerBI, and native dashboards such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Snapchat, Reddit, Skai, and more. Ability to create and or integrate in templated reporting that's accurate, in-context, and data-backed for executive reporting Assist Strategy and Activation teams with insights and data findings from campaigns at an ongoing basis that aligns with goals and outcomes Understand key performance indicators for media and how they impact campaigns and goals Maintain benchmarking and media databases that's accessible and can be incorporated into other large datasets for future advanced analytics projects Input into long-term brand lift measurement roadmaps (unaided awareness, familiarity, action-intent) and tracking for media campaigns Competency and dedication to data hygiene, fidelity, and cleanliness
