Dealer Channel Manager, Marine
Location: Kent, WA | Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience) + Annual Performance Bonus + Benefits
Travel: Up to 40% (Domestic with opportunities for International travel). Primary travel regions include the Pacific Northwest (PNW), West Coast, and Gulf Coast.

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Dealer Channel Manager to lead and expand our dealer network and drive channel sales growth within the marine sector.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute dealer and distribution strategies to grow sales and service revenue.
  • Build, manage, and optimize a high-performing dealer network aligned with company standards.
  • Set KPIs, monitor partner performance, and implement strategies to expand market coverage.
  • Identify new channel opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Provide training and tools to enable dealer and partner success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure strategic advantage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, service, and marketing teams.
  • Negotiate dealer agreements, pricing, and incentive programs to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, contracts, performance data, and directories.
  • Support onboarding and documentation, and respond to inquiries about dealer programs.
  • Work with marketing and leadership to prepare reports and partner-facing materials.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in industry sales, dealer management, or channel development.
  • Proven ability to grow dealer networks and build high-trust partnerships.
  • Understands partner economics, go-to-market strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Can manage multiple partners and programs simultaneously while ensuring consistent delivery.
  • Ability to build strong, trust-based partnerships with channel partners.
  • Solid understanding of engines, power systems, and aftermarket services.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Data-driven approach to improving partner performance and driving revenue.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
