What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Charge: Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that create a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate & Create: Partner with our CHRO and marketing team to craft compelling recruitment content that showcases the Newport Healthcare brand.
  • Inspire & Develop: Mentor and empower our Talent Acquisition team to achieve peak performance and drive results.
  • Strategize for Success: Align hiring strategies with operational needs, ensuring we attract and train top talent to support our growth.
  • Educate & Coach: Guide hiring managers on best practices and the talent landscape to uphold our company values.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize KPIs to manage team performance and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years' experience of full cycle, broad-based exempt and non-exempt level recruiting; minimum of seven (7) years in managing a team of recruitment professionals; and five (5) years' experience in building implementing strategy.
  • Experience working in healthcare with critical high volume staffing needs preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing employment policies and practices.
  • Must be tech savvy and have a demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (iCIMS experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
