THE HIGH LEVEL The Cisco SmartNet/SaaS Renewal Specialist is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of Cisco SmartNet & SaaS support contract renewals. This includes ownership of the renewal pipeline, proactive customer engagement, quoting, and ensuring timely renewals to maintain uninterrupted Cisco support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in Cisco tools and lifecycle programs. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE?

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own and manage the Cisco SmartNet/Saas renewal lifecycle across dedicated customers and verticals.
- Generate renewal quotes using Cisco CCW-R and collaborate with Cisco and distribution partners.
- Proactively notify Account Manager of upcoming expirations and guide them through renewal options.
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and finance to ensure accurate billing and coverage.
- Identify upsell or consolidation opportunities during the renewal cycle.
- Monitor contract accuracy and co-terming opportunities to reduce operational friction.
- Maintain strong relationships with Cisco reps and distributors to resolve pricing or contract issues.
- Manage contract documentation, customer records, and compliance with internal policies.
YOUR VALUE PROP FOR OUR TEAM
- Cisco certifications (e.g., Cisco Renewals Specialist, or CSM certifications).
- Experience working for a Cisco partner or reseller.
- Background in contract lifecycle management or renewals operations.
- 8-10 years of experience in Cisco SmartNet renewals, quoting, or contract management.
- Strong understanding of Cisco's SmartNet support offerings, coverage SKUs, and service levels.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco tools, including CCW-R, Lifecycle Advantage, PXP; SAMT, etc.
- Familiarity with Cisco distributors and renewal programs (Incentives, CSPP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Excel
