The Total Rewards Coordinator supports the our comprehensive Total Rewards strategy by focusing on data management, systems administration, and analytical support. This role serves as the key support of the Total Rewards function, ensuring accurate data collection, insightful analysis, and efficient systems operations. The position reports to our Director of Benefits and works collaboratively across the People team to support front-line assistance for the company's total rewards programs, creating a positive employee experience, while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. If you are detail and data oriented and have a passion for helping teammates with their employee benefits, this might be the role for you! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Provides administrative support by working closely with third-party vendors, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll teams
Performs routine audits, as well as data entry/corrections in various systems Conducts analysis as directed and works with Payroll, HRIT, and other teams as needed Prepares reports, graphs, charts, and statistics Supports various system updates, data integrations, and new system implementation and testing May perform data exports and imports Delivers exceptional customer service and support
Support sales compensation system administration and data entries Assists employees with questions related to sales compensation system navigation
