Work Location: See location listing in job posting - multiple work locations. Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Additional hours as needed to fulfill the needs of the department. Function: Assumes responsibility for complex activity of Commercial Construction Loan monitoring and operations. Ensures the timely processing of commercial construction loan closings, loan draw requests, monitors collateral positions, performance metrics and borrower trends. Responsible with preserving the bank's collateral through the diligent following of processes and controls while providing a high level of customer service and support. Duties and Responsibilities:
Requires a four year college or equivalent, majoring in accounting or finance. Experience:Two to five years specialized experience with the ability to independently manage complex commercial construction loan monitory activity. Physical Demands: 50% of the day is spent operating a keypad device. 10% of the day is spent operating office equipment. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work.
