How you will make history here...

The Logistics & Transportation Analyst leads strategic productivity initiatives that generate cost savings and process improvement while maintaining high levels of customer service. Prepares and analyzes cost studies. Support the attainment of supply chain objectives to optimize customer service and minimize cost. A significant portion of this work will focus on the area of logistics enablers and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a bias for execution, and the ability to lead logistics projects that deliver measurable improvements across service, cost, and efficiency.

What you will do...

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain logistics KPIs to measure performance, identify trends, and drive accountability.
  • Analyze logistics data to assess performance, identify root causes of issues, and propose corrective actions or improvement plans.
  • Generates weekly reporting on cost and operating metrics.

Project & Program Coordination

  • Maintain trackers and calendars for key enterprise logistics initiatives
  • Support meeting prep, recaps, and follow-ups for logistics leadership routines
  • Help build presentations and dashboards to track progress and performance

Data & Reporting Support

  • Gather and analyze basic data to support initiatives and leadership updates
  • Build summary charts, reports, and simple dashboards to communicate insights
  • Assist in maintaining tools that support logistics KPIs and initiative tracking

Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in collecting data and documenting logistics processes for CI projects
  • Help track ongoing improvement efforts across warehouse and transportation functions
  • Support the development of standard playbooks and best practices across the network
  • Collaborate with Cross Functional Partners to ensure optimized execution
  • Identify productivity initiatives that generate cost savings, cost avoidance and/or service improvements.

Who you will work with...

  • Reporting into Sr Manager, Enterprise Logistics

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2 + years of industry experience (Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, etc.), and vast knowledge of Transportation/ Logistics.
  • Microsoft Office experience

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • 3+ years of Food or CPG relevant experience within Transportation, Logistics, etc.
  • SAP experience

Travel Required

Minimal (up to 20%).

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$66,100-$95,000

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
