"The following positions within Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatry, Inpatient Adult Psychiatry, Psychiatric Emergency Services, CARES, and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services are offering the opportunity to enroll in a program offering a cash incentive to recognize your work treating patients with substance use disorders. This program is sponsored through the ACCESS (Advancing Careers, Competencies, and Equity in Substance Treatment Services) grant. Employees must be >0.6 FTE to be eligible. 50% of the bonus will be received 90 days after signing the program contract. Program is available until grant funds are exhausted.
* Registered Nurses (RNs) may earn up to $7,500
* Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) may earn up to $3,500
* Care Navigators may earn up to $3,506"
Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Lead position provides behavioral health services as a key member of the Behavioral Health and Correctional Care service line. The Lead position abides by guidelines and expectations specific to the clinic in which they provide patient care and establishes a learning alliance with staff to increase knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes. Offers employees guidance and support with case management and stress management. Participates in policy planning and implementation. Plans, schedules, coordinates and assigns work to assure services provision, including coverage. Strives to create positive customer experience by committing to higher standards. Oversees the delivery of high-quality patient care and implementing best practices and guidelines to ensure that clinical standards are maintained.
Essential Functions:
- Provides direct service to patient population served. (75%)
- Provides administrative support and assists in developing, implementing and interpreting policies, procedures, and programs. Routinely communicates with Supervisor regarding staff, services, activities, and problems needing departmental attention. Delegate authority and responsibility, as appropriate. (5%)
- Routinely meets with supervisees for review of active cases, problem solving, job performance, ongoing communication and consultation. Identifies areas for growth and development. (5%)
- Participates or provides leadership of department, agency, and community meetings or task groups. (5%)
- Assist in employee interviews and help train new employees. (5%)
- Work in collaboration with the Team Supervisor and all other members of the team to improve overall program development. (5%)
Education:
Work Experience:
- 1-3 years Of post-master's direct social work or clinical counseling experience in an organized clinical setting. Required
Licenses:
- LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW State Licensing Board Required or
- LPC-Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC State Licensing Board Required and
- ACD-Licensed Addiction Counselor - NAADAC - The Association for Addiction Professionals
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of clinical social work and/or clinical counseling and the patient population served.
- Knowledge of applicable substance abuse treatment rules and regulations pertaining to the programs(s) supervised.
- Knowledge of change in leadership and/or learn management.
- Communicating effectively orally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience, express or exchange ideas by verbal communications.
- Able to interact effectively with people of varied educational, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, skill levels and value.
- Critical thinking - the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, preferred.

Salary $84,600.00 - $97,800.00 / yr
