Planned Parenthood North Central States Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota Leadership Annual Giving Officer - Remote within MN Pay: The anticipated salary range for this position is $54,200 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant work experience, the skills required for the role, internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. We are committed to ensuring fair and competitive pay for all employees Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Shift times: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Occasional weekends and evenings for events. Location: Remote in MN Job type: Exempt Travel: Regular travel around Twin Cities metro, occasional travel for events around MN. Union Membership: This position is represented by SEIU. Questions? Job Summary: Under general supervision of the Leadership Annual Giving Director, the Leadership Annual Giving Officer works to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors with a focus at the $1000+ level. The position is responsible for working through a list of prospects as provided by our research team to solicit funds for general operating support. The Leadership Annual Giving Officer is part of a team dedicated to strengthening Planned Parenthood's financial footing and creating a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization. Position also has an emphasis on referring prospects to Major Gift Officers and securing Planned Gifts. The Leadership Annual Giving Officer is an advocate in implementing our mission "Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all."
