OVERVIEW: |
The Admission Office Assistant serves as the welcoming face of our school, providing a warm and professional first impression for prospective families and visitors. This role is crucial in supporting the Admissions Office's daily operations, including scheduling, communications, and event coordination. During the off-peak admissions season (April-September), the Admission Office Assistant will also support the Business & Development Offices and Welcome Desk, undertaking additional school-supporting activities as assigned by the Associate Head of School. |

Front Desk Reception: Greet and assist prospective students and families, ensuring a welcoming environment. Scheduling: Coordinate interviews, tours, and application reviews for the admissions team. Campus Tours: Organize, conduct tours and escort families to appointments across campus. Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about the admissions process. Event Coordination: Assist in planning admissions events, such as prospective family information sessions. Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the admissions database, including scheduling and applicant information.

Business & Development Office Assistant: Support administrative tasks, seasonal Development projects and/or human resources projects. Welcome Desk Coverage: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, directing them appropriately and managing inquiries. Special Projects: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Associate Head of School to support various departments.
