Our Government Investigations & White-Collar Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate to join our Cross-Border Risks Team based in our Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates will have two to four years of relevant experience, including experience and/or a strong interest in national security, immigration, and international criminal matters. Superb writing skills are essential for this role and clerkship experience is helpful. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, outstanding judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our team has extensive proficiency in counseling, investigating, defending and litigating all forms of government inquiry. Our international representation includes managing matters from the investigation and grand jury stages through trial and, if necessary, appeal and collateral proceedings. We provide comprehensive services to individuals and organizations that receive civil investigative demands, subpoenas or any other requests for information from federal prosecutors, state prosecutors or investigative agencies.
