Position Summary
As an HR Generalist you will partner with People Leaders and Associates at various levels to provide consultation and implementation of a broad range of HR programs and initiatives in support of business objectives. You will collaborate with HR specialists (COEs) and coordinate efforts across all regions with the other HR partners focused on supporting the Device Repair teams. Your primary areas of focus will be delivering services in the areas of recruiting, talent management, development, training, employee engagement, compensation and total rewards, HR data quality, analysis, and HR compliance matters. This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working onsite at our Birmingham, AL location 3 days a week. What You'll do as an HR Generalist

Pay range for this opportunity is $66,000- $83,212.This position is eligible forbonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
