POSITION SUMMARYThis position is responsible for the full recruiting cycle including recruitment and interviews, thoroughly seeking talented candidates to join our team. Ensures all postings are up-to-date and represent U.S. Venture's culture and values.

This is a 90 day temporary position with the possibility of extention based on business need.

This is a hybrid role 4 days a week in the Appleton, WI office. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including phone and in-person interviewing, coordinating interviews, coordinating with hiring managers
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and networking.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as call volume, time-to-fill, and pipeline of candidates
  • Conduct thorough first round phone screens, ensuring quality candidates are presented to hiring managers
  • Schedule and manage phone and onsite interview process
  • Organize and attend recruiting events
  • Keep all job postings up-to-date; act as a social media expert to build brand awareness and attract highly talented professionals
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience by answering questions and communicating expectations
  • Manage background check and drug screen processes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment, benefits, safety, compensation systems, team member relations, unemployment, and worker's compensation
  • Possesses high integrity, loyalty, compassion, and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
  • Experience managing an applicant tracking system and integrating recruitment platforms
  • Good decision maker who is well organized and can prioritize and plan ahead
  • Ability to work in a diverse organization where group interaction, teamwork, and relationships are critical to success
  • Excellent communicator and listener who is assertive yet personable and flexible
  • Knowledge of HRIS, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Occasional travel required to support business operations
