Job Summary The Director, Regulatory Affairs is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance, advocacy, and strategic engagement with regulatory bodies. This position ensures that nuclear power plants comply with all regulatory requirements, while also developing and promulgating the organization's long-term strategy for regulatory matters.This position plays a critical role in maintaining the license to operate, driving regulatory strategy, and managing complex interactions with Nuclear Regulatory Commissioners. The selected candidate can be based out of one of Vistra's Nuclear sites in OH, PA or TX (or our Downtown Operations Center in Akron, Ohio). Job Description Key Accountabilities:
