How you'll make an impact:

We're looking for a motivated, analytical Manager, Sourcing- Facilities & Security to take the lead on sourcing initiatives that drive savings, improve supplier performance, reduce risk, and bring fresh thinking to how we manage key spend areas. In this role, you'll build smart sourcing strategies, manage critical supplier relationships, and work closely with internal partners to make sure our procurement efforts align with broader business goals.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Facilities and Services categories, as well as other assigned categories, to optimize cost, service, and supplier performance.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects across assigned categories.
• Manage competitive bidding processes (RFx), including market analysis, supplier prequalification, and total cost of ownership evaluations.
• Lead contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, SLAs, and risk mitigation clauses, in partnership with Legal and Risk.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Real Estate, Operations, EHS, and Facility Management teams to understand needs and align sourcing initiatives.
• Track supplier performance through KPIs and manage quarterly business reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement opportunities for supplier consolidation, innovation, and ESG improvements (e.g., energy efficiency, waste reduction).
• Monitor market trends and supply risks that may impact service delivery or cost.
• Analyze total cost of ownership and build business cases for sourcing decisions; support annual budgeting and forecasting activities for category related spend.
• Maintain sourcing documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent years of experience required.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, with a strong focus on Facility and Security Services preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships and drive performance in a decentralized environment.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams.
• Familiarity with facilities and security operations and relevant compliance and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, LEED).
• Experience using sourcing and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Jaggaer.
• Experience in multi-site or global facility operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of sustainability programs related to facilities preferred.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $86,700 to $123,950 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
