We're hiring an Apprentice Field Support Installation Technician to join our Security Integration (SI) team in Tampa, FL.

What You'll Do

As an Apprentice Field Installation Technician, you'll support our skilled technicians with:

• Installing security systems, including mounting devices, pulling wire, and running conduit
• Learning system programming, troubleshooting, and user training procedures
• Following safety standards and industry best practices on job sites
• Delivering excellent service and support to both internal teams and external customers
• Always maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines

What You'll Bring

• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn
• Solid communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Some familiarity with low-voltage systems, cabling, IT networks, or computer hardware is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints or wiring schematics (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening and Jessica Lungsford background check.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active role. You must be able to:

• Stand, walk, and climb ladders regularly
• Lift up to 40 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Perform tasks requiring full range of motion, grip strength, and precision
