The Consultant plays a critical role in advancing systemwide strategic initiatives at Mass General Brigham by executing defined project workstreams under the direction of project leadership. Consultants are expected to deliver high-quality, data-driven analyses and materials that support enterprise decision-making. This role is ideal for an early-career strategy professional seeking exposure to a broad range of healthcare and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities: *Own discrete project workstreams, including planning, executing, and delivering on defined analyses and deliverables *Conduct high-quality analysis to drive strategic decisions, including use of both quantitative and qualitative methods *Contribute to strategic thinking and problem solving through hypothesis generation, issue structuring, and insight synthesis *Create compelling, executive-ready presentation materials using effective storyline development and communication design *Collaborate with internal clients and cross-functional stakeholders to inform workstream delivery *Participate in internal project team meetings and contribute to problem-solving and prioritization discussions *Support stakeholder interviews, meeting preparation, and coordination as needed *Contribute to team knowledge management, templates, and leading practices Core Competencies:
