A passion for working with children and a heart for your community

Leadership experience in youth programs, childcare, or camp settings

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with EEC licensing and a commitment to safety and inclusion

The ability to stay organized, flexible, and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
