Posting Summary
Outstanding applicants desired for Part-Time Lecturer ( PTL) teaching positions for a Biostatistics courses for PhD students in the biomedical sciences for the Fall and Spring semesters. The successful candidate(s) will perform services associated with that course: prepare and submit syllabi, teach requisite classes, grade examinations and papers, provide timely student feedback, respond to students' emails, meet during assigned office hours and adhere to grade submission policies and deadlines. The successful candidate(s) must hold a PhD degree in Statistics or a related field, and/or relevant (15+ years) industry experience or teaching experience. Experience with training in state of the art statistical methodology for working with biomedical R & D and/or clinical trials for both statisticians and non-statisticians, as this class is required for all biomedical PhD students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite. Prior teaching experience or evidence of teaching effectiveness is required.

Experience with training in state of the art statistical methodology for working with biomedical R & D and/or clinical trials for both statisticians and non-statisticians.
