How You'll Make an Impact

  • Monitor production progress and ensure quality and schedule targets are met

  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes through tool and equipment design

  • Write clear work instructions, job aids, and technical specifications

  • Troubleshoot issues directly on the shop floor

  • Analyze and maintain digital process recipes

  • Compile and present data-driven reports and visualizations

  • Use engineering software to support process optimization

  • Lead and participate in Kaizen and LEAN events to drive continuous improvement

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and process improvement tools

  • Proficiency in technical writing and documentation

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally
