Develops procedures, methods and tools for test, verification and certification of products. Validates testing activities and results of manufacturing equipment and/or hardware. Participates in design verification of new equipment or hardware. Participates in preparing product compliance documentation. Develops procedures and tools for testing, calibration and verification of the equipment. Ensures the equipment is properly tested, calibrated and certified according to the corresponding procedures. Ensures accurate document, record and archive measurement data pertaining to product. Responsible for testing parameters and process control performance.
Work individually and with small teams developing and executing sub-system and system level tests for verification and validation. Support test execution during ThermalVacuum (TVAC) testing, including some evening, night, and weekend test shifts Required Skills: -Hardware/Software Integration & Test experience -Performing TVAC or similar testing on hardware/software systems -Experience with Labview or other test infrastructure control software. -Experience editing, modifying, and implementing test controls in Labview. -Experience with flight hardware (space or airborne systems). -Good communication and team skills -Ability to work independently -Software/applications: Windows, Microsoft Office Preferred Skills: -Experience with MBSE (model based systems engineering) -Experience developing test procedures Education: -Bachelor's Degree -Top Secret clearance is required for the start of this project. - The testing lifecycle has a few weeks a quarter that requires evening/night/weekend work. Team members sign up for shifts during these testing cycles. Candidates should have some flexibility to participate in these off hours shifts. -This position is 70-80% onsite and has a little bit of remote capability. The person should be flexible to be onsite when required for testing. -Interview process will be a prescreen and then a wider group audience (preference for in person interview for second round unless candidate is not currently local). #CJ |
