Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $92,000 - $102,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending on a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:



  • Maintain and update the Advanced Planning tool (Planet Together) as applicable to ensure scope and compatibility with manufacturing activities.
  • Maintain and update the MES tool (GE) and Siemens (future) as applicable to ensure scope and compatibility with manufacturing activities.
  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing on Advanced Planning & MES rollouts across Manufacturing.
  • Integrate IIoT data with MES and RFT output.
  • Maintain and update BOM, item master & ERP parameters in the current system and SAP (future) for all purchased RM, manufactured products, and finished goods as applicable.
  • Maintain and manage inventory optimization through cycle counting, ABC segmentation, and turnover management.
  • Coordinate with Regional Leadership on LEAN & OPEX programs.
  • Manage supply chain KPI collection and reporting performance trends for commentary.
  • Utilize Power BI tools to:

    • Extract data from the current system and SAP (future)
    • Build a database by the supply chain function.
    • Automate report creation.
    • Build predictive models as applicable.





Qualifications we are looking for:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, finance or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar role within supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management practices.
  • Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with SAP
  • Experience with Power BI, including Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI reporting, and SQL reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, advanced Excel skills, and solid written and verbal communication skills.
