Job Description: Sun Life embraces a hybrid work model that balances in-office collaboration with the flexibility of virtual work in the contiguous states plus AK. The candidate must be located in the Chicago territory. The opportunity: In this role, you will work in collaboration with Sales Reps, case by case, to design solutions that make sense for each client, ensuring competitiveness, including plan design, discounts, fees and subsidies. You will provide consultative support to the Field and strategic relationship management with regard to finalist presentations and cross-sell activities. You will foster positive and productive relationships to effectively leverage internal resources including Distribution Excellence, Underwriting, Pricing, Product, Client Services and Account Management. You will be accountable for driving the establishment of both the market strategies and the implementation planning and oversight, in support of Supplemental Health growth targets. You will identify, nurture and expand strategic relationships within the Voluntary Centers of Excellence (COE) of major brokers.You will also serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in various forums, internally and externally, including representing Sun Life's product portfolio in public speaking engagements.
