Position Title: Supply Chain Associate
Work Location: Deerfield, IL 60015 Assignment Duration: 03+ Months Position Summary: This role will support the PTO project execution (rebranding) on the supply chain side of the business, ensuring inventory continuity globally. Responsibilities: * Support the region Network Planners to ensure inventory continuity globally. Qualification & Experience: * Experience person in supply chain management - warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service or inventory planning would be preferred. * Minimum 3yrs Supply Chain Experience in similar scale supply chain role. * Proficient technical skills, experience with Rapid Response and JDE or other relevant planning systems would be beneficial. * Proven stakeholder management skills (including influencing, communication negotiating and conflict management) and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization. * Basic Project management skill and lean/continuous improvement. * Strong leadership skills including leading projects with broad scope and impact outside own department & promotes teamwork between departments. * Understanding of all aspects of the financial impact of supply chain activity including profitability, turns, service level & inventory control. * Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening). Solid business knowledge. * Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to work with in a team setting. * Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business. | |
