Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to support equipment maintenance operations and ensure timely readiness of assets. This role is essential in helping improve equipment utilization and support technician productivity. Ideal candidates will be safety-focused and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with maintenance activities as assigned by the TLM (Technology Lifecycle Management) Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or Technician Perform basic, noninvasive maintenance tasks under direct supervision Ensure equipment is maintained according to CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) standards and maintenance programs Accurately track equipment movement, work orders, parts usage, labor time, and maintenance history in business systems Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing asset efficiency and reducing service delivery costs Help Maintenance Technicians with daily tasks and operational readiness Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Entry-level role; previous maintenance or mechanical experience is a plus Willingness to learn and follow safety and technical procedures Ability to work in a physically active environment and lift/move heavy equipment as needed Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using or learning digital maintenance tools and systems What We Offer: Competitive pay: $17 - $19/hour based on experience On-the-job training and skill development Advancement opportunities within maintenance and technical career tracks A strong safety culture and supportive team environment NEST training to be conducted in Kellyville
