Role Profile

As a key member of the SAM (Sales & Account Management) Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive growth, revenue, and customer retention across the Americas.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales and Account Management (SAM) division is a Group-wide function dedicated to solving customer challenges by leveraging the full breadth of LSEG's world-class products and services across financial markets. Our "One LSEG" approach puts the customer at the center, ensuring we deliver integrated solutions that drive success for both our clients and our business.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Americas Account Management team, one of the most critical regions in our global portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute strategy and drive revenue, leading a team of approximately 150 professionals.

As Head of Americas Account Management, you will:

  • Define and drive strategic initiatives to grow market share and deepen client relationships.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
  • Operate in a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with leaders across divisions and functions to deliver unified client outcomes.
  • Lead Americas go to market teams through clear vision, strategy and execution
  • Actively serve as a key leader on the SAM Leadership Team.
  • Lead the execution of the Americas Account Management team to drive current and future product and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define, drive and uphold expectations for sales productivity, ensuring investments align with strategic and financial goals.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Account Management leadership team to drive aggressive revenue and retention goals.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient, Account Management customer-focused structure aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop top talent across various strategic locations.
  • Set clear performance expectations; provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels.
  • Represent LSEG in strategic partnerships and lead engagement with high-value clients.
  • Manage organizational health of Account Management org structure ensuring the talent is optimally aligned to deliver the best external customer experience and drive internal talent engagement and development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities that will help shape strategic decisions.

  • 15+ years of sales and account management experience.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $288,000 - $480,200. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
