Specialty Pharmacy Technician Liaison As a full time, nonexempt CPS Solutions LLC Specialty Pharmacy Liaisonyou will provide customer service and expertise to patients, providers and team members regarding specialty pharmacy enrollment, prescription processing, benefits inquiries, prescription status inquiries, perform medical and pharmacy preauthorization, and any other question as it pertains to their account. This includes communicating with the clinic staff to obtain the number of patients scheduled for appointments, determining their insurance coverage by accessing the electronic medical record (EMR) greeting the patients and providing verbal and written information about the specialty pharmacy program. Working in the pharmacy as needed will also be a requirement for this position. The Specialty Pharmacy Liaison Technician works under the direct supervision of the Specialty Pharmacy Manager. Schedule: This position will work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM. About the Facility:Lake Charles Memorial Hospital is a Joint Commission accredited, 314-beds acute care hospital and not-for-profit medical referral center with Services include family medicine, specialty clinics, rehabilitation, home care, interventional cardiac care, open-heart surgery, oncology, neurosurgery, and cancer treatment. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this department. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. Required Qualifications:
