Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to be part of the C3I and Infrastructure Division which focuses on providing enterprise support to the Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. They also provide technical and policy support and provide C3I infrastructure for the USAF enterprise applications.

This role is in-office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

WORK LOCATION: Hanscom, AFB, MA

JOB STATUS: Full-Time; Salaried

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 5 years of experience, 3 of which must be in the DoD
  • Must have an active US Security Clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The HNI Portfolio Management Team is a newly created team that will manage Enterprise IT (EIT) workflow that originates in external organizations, runs from inception thru completion with the HNI portfolio, and submit approved work product back to these external organizations. This new PM II position will be responsible for managing the following projects and associated workflows:

  • Manage all HNI ingestion points/information handoffs from external customers using Service Now, Power Apps and Power BI platforms.
  • Track, respond to, and assign to the appropriate resource all information submissions received within the Landing Team mailbox.
  • Track, respond to, route information, and develop actionable items associated with all external organizational meetings, including Cyberspace Capabilities Center's (CCC) weekly SRRB, SDRB and SRDB meetings and boards.
  • Work closely with PfM Team members on the development, maintenance, and sustainment of internal HNI tracker that will Identify status of all PfM projects.
  • Track projects, status update, create preparation materials and develop actionable items for each of the three internal HNI meetings, including the HNI ECCB Phase 1, Phase 2 and ERB meetings.
  • Chair PfM Team project meetings with customers, mostly internal HNI teammates and MITRE, but on occasion with outward facing teams such as Cyberspace Capabilities Center. Creating agenda items, tracking their progress and identifying completion.
  • As required, prepare briefings.
  • Follow SOPs.
  • As time and resources permit, perform similar duties to the PfM Teammates that are working the Digital Material Management Ecosystem (DMM-E) and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts.
  • The candidate must have proficiency wiht ServiceNow, Power Apps, Power BI, Share Point, and Microsoft suite.
