Learning and Development Program Lead

Your main responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Program Lead to design, manage, and facilitate high-impact training programs in partnership with subject matter experts (SMEs). This role is key to equipping employees with the knowledge and skills to succeed and support organizational goals.

Training Design & Development




  • Conduct training needs assessments and stakeholder interviews.



  • Collaborate with SMEs and digital learning partners to develop learning objectives, content, and curricula.



  • Design and refine instructional materials, assessments, and delivery methods.



  • Identify and manage third-party vendors for program design and delivery.




Program Management




  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for training programs.



  • Partner with HRBPs and managers to identify participants.



  • Manage program budgets, respond to inquiries, and oversee quality execution.




Training Delivery & Facilitation




  • Lead in-person and virtual training sessions using diverse instructional formats.



  • Prepare and support SME co-facilitators for successful delivery.



  • Adapt facilitation style to learner needs and assess comprehension.



  • Drive post-training reinforcement and application strategies.




Documentation & Reporting




  • Maintain up-to-date training materials, SOPs, and communications.



  • Track and report on training participation, effectiveness, and outcomes.



  • Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage and analyze training data.




Continuous Improvement




  • Gather feedback to enhance program content and delivery.



  • Regularly assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.



  • Introduce innovative tools and methods to boost learner engagement.



What you bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field preferred.



  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development (HR) or a related function.



  • Strong facilitation, instructional design and program management skills.



  • Experience working with LMS platforms and data analytics.



  • Ability to travel up to 25% for live training sessions, including multi-day overnight stays.
