Job Summary

Responsibilities include assembling, wiring, and adjusting precision units. May be required to assemble non-standard units. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with 3-5 years experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.

Job Description

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the assembly team to meet daily production targets.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust staffing as needed to maintain efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.
  • Communicate production issues or delays to supervisors and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and incidents.
  • Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
  • Troubleshoots any issues that arise.
  • Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure any paperwork needed is completed and signed correctly.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
