Hours & Pay:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay: $20-$22 per hour (based on experience)

Your Daily Grind (The Good Kind):

• Safely operate and maintain CNC and automated production equipment
• Interpret shop drawings, fabrication standards, and technical specs
• Perform setups, calibrations, and machine troubleshooting
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality assurance
• Utilize hand and power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments
• Mark and tag materials, lift/move materials using hoists or forklifts
• Accurately record data and update tracking systems
• Keep your work area clean and organized at the end of each shift
• Cross-train in at least two additional work tasks to support the team
• Commit to quality, safety, and company values every single shift

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of CNC machine operation in a manufacturing setting
• Comfortable with ERP systems and digital production tracking
• Ability to read shop drawings and measure with micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
• Experience using cranes, hoists, and forklifts
• Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and standing for extended periods
• A team-first mindset with strong attention to detail
