SCOPE/CONTACTS:

Individual will be required to interact frequently with the general public, employees, media contacts, bank vendors, bank employees and bank customers. As a result, incumbent should always project a good public image of First Financial Bank. This position also requires ongoing contact with the EVP of Marketing, all marketing team members, and various digital and regional media contacts and vendors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions of this position would include, but not be limited to:

  • Video content creation.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of regional marketing events.
  • Create and manage marketing event planning calendars.
  • Establish and keep up to date marketing deadlines calendar for billboards and print materials.
  • Support planning and execution for strategic partnership deliverables.
  • Capture and organize content from events for internal and external use.
  • Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Slot in where needed! Our team values elevating and supporting one another. Be willing to take on various duties as needs arise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently working toward a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, related field, OR experience in a similar marketing position.
  • Highly organized and enthusiastic about enhancing workflow/process organization and maintaining calendars.
  • Strong, conversational writing skills for content creation.
  • Graphic design and video shooting/editing (at least for daily content creation).
  • High degree of technical proficiency and knowledge of social platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Adobe applications related to creation and management of content.
  • Positive mindset and a willingness to edify teammates is a must!
