Datamars is a progressive global
manufacturing business and leader in animal identification as well as textile
identification solutions, driven by innovation, purpose, and precision. As we
continue to scale across markets and regions, we're seeking a commercially
focused, detail-oriented finance leader to join us in a pivotal role.

This is more than a reporting role. You'll
be a core member of the leadership team, influencing and executing commercial
and operational decisions, optimizing systems and processes, and driving
performance that enables sustainable and profitable growth.

An insight to the role:

* Leading, supporting and further
developing a collaborative, high-performing finance team of five

* Owning strategic and
operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting - including oversight of and
involvement in annual planning and audit processes

* Acting as a proactive business
partner to three VPs across the Livestock, Textiles and Pet ID business units
to deliver commercial, strategic, and operational outcomes

* Contributing to regional
decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels

* Regular travel to our plant in
Saltillo, Mexico - supporting the plant leadership team with financial analysis
and actionable insights

* Driving alignment with global
finance systems and executing monthly reporting, while leading local
improvement initiatives across the commercial business as well as the plant

* Overseeing sales, margin,
operations, OPEX, and investment submissions as part of the annual budgeting
cycle

* Managing month-end close and
reporting processes towards the global head office

* Leading regional reporting,
margin analysis, inventory control, audits, and compliance activities

* Championing change - focused on
scalable systems and data-led decision support

Key success factors:

* Strong leadership, commercial
finance acumen, and a results-driven mindset

* Proven experience in senior
finance leadership roles with regional or multi-site scope in a global
manufacturing environment (proven success in managing the finance part of a
Maquiladora set up in Mexico is highly advantageous)

* Demonstrated success influencing
business strategy and delivering measurable outcomes

* A track record of leading
through change and embedding new processes across operations

* Recognized for building
high-performing, collaborative teams

* Solid understanding of supply
chain finance and inventory management as well as factory controlling

* Experience working with
multicultural teams - exposure working with operational teams in Mexico highly
advantageous

* Consolidation tool
implementation experience is a plus

* Excellent relationship builder
and stakeholder manager - commercially savvy and highly influential
