Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Technical Support Engineer in Indianapolis, IN:

Job Duties: Work as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical challenges to ensure a complete end-to-end customer experience. Oversee and run the resolution of critical technical issues, ensuring prompt and complete problem-solving to technical challenges and business issues. Demonstrate the ability to research, document, and prioritize customer issues, leveraging internal tools and escalation teams as necessary, as well as prioritizing and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers. Provide feature explanation and Sales/Service Cloud standard methodologies. Provide peer mentorship to team members. Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency, while also empowering and enabling greater support community. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in Indianapolis: 1 East Ohio Street and 111 Monument Circle. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in Indianapolis. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Sales Cloud; (2) Service Cloud; (3) Swarming framework; (4) Apex Web Services; (5) Lightning Web Components; (6) JavaScript; (7) SOQL; (8) SOSL; (9) Agile Methodology; (10) SFDC; (11) API Integrations; and (12) VisualForce. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
