Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Developer for Symitar & Digital Banking Systems to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity This position is based in Anaheim Hills CA with the opportunity to work on a hybrid-remote schedule which consists of 1 day in-office and 4 days working remote from home. Salary 155k-188k DOE We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to lead complex software development and system integration projects supporting digital banking operations. This role focuses on the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Symitar (Episys) systems, SQL databases, and digital banking platforms (online and mobile). Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute development projects across Symitar/Episys, SQL, and digital banking platforms. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot code using PowerOn, RepGen, SymForm, .NET, SQL, HTML, and scripting languages. Manage and maintain Symitar infrastructure, including releases, patches, backups, and performance tuning. Support online and mobile banking systems including feature rollouts and updates. Provide top-tier technical support and participate in on-call rotations. Ensure secure, compliant code following SDLC best practices. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 8 years minimum of progressive development experience in Windows and Episys environments. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Symitar (Episys), SQL Server, PowerOn, RepGen, and digital banking systems. Experience with software project leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Applied experience in Agile and/or Waterfall development. Certifications (e.g., SQL, AWS, PMP) preferred.
