Position Summary: As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the Winchester Interconnect brand, drive lead generation, and support the overall company goals. You will collaborate with various division and department leaders to optimize external brand performance and internal communications. Qualifications & Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required
- 3-5 years of Marketing experience is required
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B Marketing is required
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Understanding of paid search, campaigns, and content generation
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to roll up their sleeves and get into the details; action-oriented
- Creative out-of-the-box thinker
- Willing to travel periodically for trade shows and company events
- Use of Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative, Salesforce, or other CRM tools is a plus!

- Growing marketing qualified leads (MQL's) leading to sales qualified leads (SQL's)
- Developing compelling marketing materials and selling tools
- Implementing marketing campaigns; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives
- Maintaining and updating the library of marketing materials
- Crafting clear product marketing copy
- Organizing promotional material for new products/services
- Providing content for the website
- Planning and attending trade shows
- Work as a partner to the business units and the sales and marketing teams
- Constantly seek feedback to improve the marketing content and strategies
- Use and promote Winchester's collaboration tools (Salsify, Salesforce, Google, etc.)
- Partner with the branding team to implement our brand strategy across various marketing platforms
- Collaborate with the web team to create and maintain content for the website
- Work as a collaborative member of a team to continually improve on abilities and processes
- Play an active role in career development at Winchester and make suggestions on career expansion as opportunities present themselves
